58th VENICE BIENNALE ECC & GAA Foundation PERSONAL STRUCTURES – Identities. PALAZZO MORA Aliette Bretel
The fifth edition of the biennial art exhibition “PERSONAL STRUCTURES – Identities”, organised by the Global Art Affairs Foundation at the European Cultural Centre in the Palazzo Mora, Palazzo Bembo and Giardini Marinaressa, will open to the public tomorrow and it will run until the 24th November 2019.
PERSONAL STRUCTURES is part of an international art project initiated in 2002 by the artist Rene Rietmeyer and aims to show individual interpretations around the topics of Time, Space and Existence whilst also exploring the concept of identity.
The exhibition will present a wide selection of works from emerging and renowned artists and projects from academic institutions from all over the world.
At the invitation of the ECC and the GAA Foundation I will be presenting some of my work on the third floor at Palazzo Mora. If you happen to be in Venice come and see all of the amazing work.

I am happy to announce that I will be part of the upcoming group exhibition “Synergic” at the Old Biscuit Factory in London this October, alongside super talented artists from México, other Latin American countries, and the UK.
“Synergic” is about joining forces to create a cultural link between continents, bringing artists together to embrace our similarities and differences.
I will be showing 4 pieces from a medium format film series worked in 2009 and all the artworks will be on sale during the exhibition.
The show will be open to the public and will run until the 18th October. If you would like to attend the Opening you can do so on Friday the 11th of October between 6 and 9pm at The Old Biscuit Factory (100 Clements rd, Block F, SE16 4DG, London), admission free, no RSVP needed.

SOME OF MY WORK FEATURED IN AMARAY MAGAZINE
Some of my work and a little interview was featured in “Portfolio” section of the last edition of 2017 of Amaray Magazine. A magazine developed by the Energising Development Project EnDev-GIZ Peru (www.endevperu.org). The publication promotes opportunities to improve the access to energy, especially in rural and isolated areas. Amaray contains information that present a variety of actions from private and public sectors, international cooperation initiatives, interviews with experts, a photographic and art portfolio, as well as other articles and stories.
